Job summary

Lucchese Bootmaker is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager in Denver to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering a luxury guest experience. You will lead by example on the floor, coach teams, and manage daily operations, ensuring brand standards and policy alignment.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, labor planning, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, Marketing, Facilities, and IT while maintaining inventory

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to execute business strategies.
• Support staffing, interviewing, and performance management.
• Lead a high-performance, guest-focused team on the sales floor.
• Drive sales and KPI targets while maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee daily store operations and controls while ensuring safety and compliance.
