FRAME is a modern fashion brand known for refined aesthetic and everyday luxury. The Sales Supervisor works with the store management to drive sales goals and profitability, modeling superior service and knowledge of merchandise.

In this role you will lead a team of sales associates, maintain brand image, supervise POS operations, and ensure inventory integrity while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced luxury retail environment in Tampa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a luxury retail environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Energetic, confident personality with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Meets personal and store sales goals.
• Continues to develop personal sales techniques and assists in developing associates’ sales techniques to maximize sales.
• Utilizes elevated levels of sales and service to maximize performance.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
• Monitors all details of a sale, including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensures all sales related policies and procedures are maintained.
• Maintains a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
• Supports and encourages staff to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Builds and maintains repeat clientele by utilizing client books.
• Resolves all customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Assists sales associates with customer service issues (e.g. dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise).
• Responsible for opening and closing the store in absence of GM or AGM
• Ensures image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image
• Adheres to work schedule including time and attendance
• Collaborates with GM/AGM in risk management, security, cash controls, inventory
• Understands and executes all management register functions
• Assists in stock/shipping/receiving processes and paperwork
• Participates in stock takes
• Maintains neat, stocked selling floor with correct visuals
• Implements merchandising/visual directives
• Ensures timely deliveries and reports product concerns
• Relays customer feedback regarding product successes/opportunities
