Job summary

FRAME is seeking a General Manager for its Tampa store. You will lead all store employees, embody brand spirit, and drive sales while upholding fiscal integrity and exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, coordinate with buying teams on product assortment, and report to the Regional Manager. The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and a passion for luxury retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years specialty Retail Management experience.
• Experience in commissioned-based sales environment.
• Ability to drive sales and grow business.
• Experience motivating, leading and developing a team.
• Luxury or contemporary management experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Passionate about customer service and selling.
• Strong business acumen and corporate exposure.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and ensure team members embody brand spirit in all customer interactions.
• Lead overall store performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and integrity.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to the sales staff.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience at all times.
• Develop and motivate Retail Associates to meet store goals.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and development of staff.
• Coordinate with HR on paperwork and role changes.
• Ensure store safety, back-of-house standards, and payroll processes.
