Job summary

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and other KPIs.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming.
• Build the sale by providing styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Cultivate client relationships and data through clienteling.
• Maintain knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe, brand DNA, and pillars.
• Capture client data and follow up on inquiries and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to support store goals.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies.
