Job summary

Montblanc in Cabazon is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to help achieve sales goals, develop a loyal clientele, and deliver outstanding customer service on the shop floor.

In this role you will maintain product knowledge across Montblanc collections, contribute to a premium in-store experience, and perform basic pen repairs and after-sales support as needed. Bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred, and standing most of the day is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, especially luxury or jewelry is preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service and priority management.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information and build boutique relationships.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across Montblanc collections.
