Job summary

Montblanc Palazzo, Las Vegas, part-time Sales Associate position under Richemont Americas. Reports to Boutique Manager. You will drive individual sales objectives and provide superb customer service while maintaining boutique presentation.

The role requires strong product knowledge, clienteling, and ability to work on the sales floor supporting luxury clientele. Prior jewelry or high-end luxury retail experience is preferred, with bilingual English/Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and ability to build trust with customers.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred.
• Standing on the sales floor for 90% of the workday; ability to reach, bend, and lift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information; add to database to promote boutique relationships and sales.
• Possess strong product knowledge of the various collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
