Job summary

Canada Goose in New York City’s Fifth Avenue flagship is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate. The role focuses on delivering luxury customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and representing the brand’s premium service standards.

You will engage clients, participate in product knowledge sessions, and maintain CRM-driven relationships. The position offers competitive hourly pay and extensive total rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the apparel retail industry.
• Proven record of successful sales performance.
• Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high traffic locations.
• Strong time management and multi tasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment.
• Good understanding of CRM tools/processes.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Bonus points for proficiency in another language.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with the management team.
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Assist in driving Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics.
• Contribute to units per transaction by introducing new categories.
• Develop and drive CRM through clienteling and after-sale engagement.
• Provide memorable customer experiences and promote repeat purchases.
• Handle POS transactions in line with company standards.
• Support upkeep of store standards and Visual Merchandise directives.
