Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably luxury retail
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors (education/experience mix considered)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs; source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Assist teammates and support daily store operations and inventory movement
• Maintain a high-energy, collaborative floor environment and professional demeanor
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
