Job summary

Cartier in the United States seeks an Ambassador of the Maison to achieve and exceed sales targets while proactively developing the client portfolio. You will ensure a unique client experience across all touchpoints and participate in daily boutique operations.

You should have 2–5 years of luxury retail experience, strong product knowledge of timepieces, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires weekend availability and travel for trainings and events.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred and experience in luxury retail is required or highly preferred.
• 2–5 years of luxury retail, service or hospitality experience is expected.
• Strong product knowledge of timepieces and brand values is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and proactively develop the client portfolio.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients and maintaining high standards.
• Support daily boutique operations and maintain displays and inventories.
• Manage client data and CRM initiatives to build relationships.
• Assist in in-store and offsite events and trainings as needed.
