• Achieve individual sales objectives (turnover, average basket, conversion rate) by adopting a proactive and committed posture.
• Manage CRM actions (loyalty, customer follow-up, contact) by contributing to the development of the customer portfolio.
• Ensure store operations (stock management, receipt of deliveries, maintenance of the point of sale) with rigor and autonomy.
