Job summary

Berluti in Beverly Hills seeks a dedicated Operations and Sales Support Advisor for a short-term contract. You will ensure precise inventory handling, organize stock, and support e-commerce fulfillment to maintain an exceptional client experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in luxury retail operations, are detail-oriented, and comfortable with Excel and shipping platforms. Competitive hourly rate with bonus/commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail stock or a similar operations role, preferably luxury retail.
• Comfortable with basic IT tools and inventory systems, including Microsoft Excel; knowledge of inventory apps is a plus.
• Familiarity with online shipping platforms (UPS, DHL)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to mult tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and logistics: receive, check, and process incoming merchandise; manage returns, transfers and stock labeling.
• E-commerce fulfillment: pick, pack, validate, and ship online orders; coordinate with shipping platforms.
• Quality control and shipments: prepare shipments for repair or quality returns; ensure proper documentation.
• Supply management: receive and store operational supplies; monitor stock levels and report needs.
• Inventories & documentation: participate in monthly and annual stock counts; maintain accurate records.
• Sales support: provide occasional floor coverage and assist sales team with merchandise and service.
