Prada Group is seeking an Operations Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate daily store operations, aligning priorities with the General Manager/Store Director. You will supervise inventory, staffing, and processes to ensure smooth store performance and brand standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing merchandise logistics, payroll for support staff, and preparing performance reviews, while coordinating with Corporate on uniforms, training, and inventory readiness.

Responsabilités

• Monitor inbound/outbound merchandise and oversee shipments/transfers.
• Review expense reports and monitor P&Ls for store costs.
• Work with store leadership on new hire trainings.
• Monitor KPIs weekly related to inventory levels.
• Coordinate inventory timing and uniforms with Corporate.
• Ensure closing procedures are followed daily.
• Support store operations with supplies and maintenance as needed.
• Prepare and review annual staff performance and disciplinary actions.
• Lead inventory process and reconcile results with Corporate.
