Prada Group in Houston is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily store operations, align priorities with the General Manager, and safeguard brand standards across inventory, payroll, and loss prevention. You will manage merchandise flow, coordinate with corporate, supervise staff, monitor KPIs, and drive shop performance while delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury environment.

Candidates should bring strong leadership, digital literacy, and experience with Microsoft 365,

Responsabilités

Monitor in-going and outgoing merchandise and oversee all aspects of messenger services and shipping.
Review expense reports and monitor store P&L for controllable costs.
Coordinate new hire trainings with store leadership.
Track KPIs weekly (cycle counts, inventory, reports).
Ensure uniforms and season arrivals are timely and managed during terminations.
Ensure store transactions comply with corporate procedures and daily closing.
