Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and inventory control.
• Coordinate with Corporate and Store Director on priorities and targets.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, cycle counts, in-transit stock, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and closing routines.
• Lead maintenance, stockroom organization, and front-of-house standards.
• Liaise with facilities team for shop improvements and repairs.
• Support sales targets by aligning resources and staff.
