Job summary

Prada Group seeks a Stock Manager for our store in Beverly Hills to lead the stock team, manage inventory levels, and ensure adherence to Corporate guidelines. The role requires coordinating stockroom activities, safeguarding stock assets, and driving accuracy to support selling processes.

You will supervise Stock Specialists and Stock Associates, ensuring timely transfers, proper tagging, and secure stockroom operations while aligning with Prada standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage stock in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory.
• Experience with SAP or inventory systems preferred.
• Comfortable coaching and supervising a team.
• Ability to implement corporate stock guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock team activities and distribute tasks.
• Provide information and tools needed for the job.
• Induct and train new joiners; conduct performance discussions.
• Oversee cycle counts and inventory accuracy; minimize losses.
• Ensure stockroom security and confidentiality of alarm codes.
• Manage transfers and ensure SAP entries are timely.
• Prepare products for sales floor and visual organization.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Loss Prevention on stock issues.
