Job summary

Tory Burch seeks a store leadership partner to work with the GM/AGM, guiding staff and delivering an extraordinary retail experience. You will develop selling and service skills, manage daily operations, and lead with an authentic approach to grow the business.

The role requires 2–4 years of management experience in luxury or service environments, an undergraduate degree, and open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (business or fashion related discipline a plus).
• 2–4 years of management experience in a luxury or service driven environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
