Saks Fifth Avenue Llc is seeking a specialized operations associate to oversee the General Office and jewelry department operations. The role includes opening duties, cash handling, and coordinating with Merchants, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Control to ensure smooth processes.

You will support daily office tasks, manage shipments and price changes, and assist on the selling floor as needed. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise.
• Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multi-tasking.

• Attention to detail and organized work space.

Responsibilities

• Open the store: safe, controller, registers and distributing reports.
• Manage daily cash entries, deposits, reconciling chargebacks, and counting registers.
• Resolve customer issues, both internal and external, e.g. researching payments and tracking packages.
• Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines; book jewelry per Company standards.
• Process re-tickets, transfers, ASN shipments, and price changes; handle returns/transfers.
