Saks Fifth Avenue in Bal Harbour Village, FL seeks a Specialized Operations Associate under the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will oversee daily General Office duties and Jewelry Department operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You will handle opening, cash handling, deposits, and reporting; resolve issues, manage transfers and price changes, and support trunk shows and repairs. Team-oriented and detail focused applicants welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and Google tools.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• General Office: Opening the store, safes, registers and reporting.
• Maintain daily functions: cash entry, deposits, chargebacks, petty cash.
• Resolve customer issues, internal and external; track packages.
• Jewelry Operations: follow standards, book goods per policy.
• Process re-tickets, RTVs, transfers and price changes.
• Process returns/transfers to vendors per standards.
• Complete case counts, log repairs, and manage repair invoices.
• Assist show setup, trunk shows, Statements of Sale on request.
• Communicate with Corporate Merchants, AP, Inventory, and vendors.
