Responsibilities

Open the store: safe, controller, registers and distributing reports.
Maintain daily functions: morning cash entry, deposits, reconcile chargebacks, count registers.
Resolve customer issues, both internal and external (research/pay bills, tracking shipments).
Receive, verify, and book all jewelry per company standards.
Process re-tickets, RTVs, transfers, ASN shipments and price changes.
Inspect, count and reconcile merchandise; maintain case counts and repair logs.
