Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive commercial leasing experience; luxury retail, mixed-use, or shopping center experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience independently negotiating lease transactions and building retailer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing and merchandising strategy for assigned areas; evaluate market trends and identify opportunities to improve occupancy and tenant mix.
• Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with national, international, and luxury retail and restaurant tenants; maintain an active prospect pipeline.
• Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, relocations, and amendments within assigned scope; prepare deal terms and financial analyses.
• Analyze rental rates, occupancy costs, and deal economics; report leasing performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned tenants; lead renewal and retention discussions.
• Partner with Development, Marketing, Tenant Coordination, Legal, and Lease Administration across the transaction and delivery lifecycle; mentor junior team members.
