The Keyholder will be responsible for driving sales performance, supporting team development, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Qualifications

• Genuine interest in the fashion industry.
• Minimum 2 years store management experience in luxury or contemporary apparel.
• Some lifting required (up to approximately 25lbs).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance at store by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, including loss prevention.
• Support visual merchandising according to HQ directives.

Skills

Knowledge of retail POS systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Understanding of retail math and KPIs

Team management
