Job summary

Furla USA is seeking a capable Keyholder to support store operations and drive customer-focused sales. You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, and maintain a premium shopping experience for brand customers.

The role requires strong product knowledge, exceptional service, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while meeting sales goals. Night/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/keyholder experience for luxury products.
• Ability to provide high performing client experience.
• Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit, including being sales/goals driven.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrated selling skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Must lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds up/down stairs with or without a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving individual sales goals and clientele goals set by storemanagement.
• Responsible for opening/closing of store, cash handling procedures, bank deposits, and paperwork
• Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the salesopportunity
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the store whilecomplying withcompany policies andprocedures
• Develop customer relationships and nurture repeatbusiness
• Have computer skills tooperatethe POS register and emailsystems
• Safeguard the store’s inventory by adherence to the company’s loss preventionprogram
• Maintain a professional, organized and well merchandised salesfloor
• Follow all store operational policies andprocedures
