Job summary

Branch is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder to support the Fulton Market retail store in Chicago. You will help maintain store standards, assist customers, and back the Store Manager to drive a premium shopping experience.

This hourly role (15–25 hours/week) offers PTO, product allowance, and an employee discount. Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in high-end or luxury retail.
• Supervisory role experience and ability to lead shifts.
• Strong communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Able to handle customer concerns and store operations calmly.
• Adaptable in a startup-like environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for furniture and design.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and handle cash security and presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Oversee associates during shifts and support management to meet sales goals.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor and manage stock.
• Assist with inventory control, stock receiving, and replenishment.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and other store tasks as needed.
