Job summary

Zwilling in Chicago is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder for the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont, IL. The role involves leading on the sales floor, supporting daily store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service while promoting premium products.

Starting pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, based on experience. Ideal candidates have retail sales experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication; must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience; keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and safely use a ladder as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge to every shopper
• Drive sales and help achieve individual and store performance goals
• Open and close the store, following company policies and cash-handling procedures
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and sales floor execution
• Demonstrate ZWILLING products and educate customers on features and benefits
• Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness standards
• Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, and stock replenishment
• Support promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and CRM initiatives
• Serve as a role model for company values and customer service excellence
