The Inventory Control Manager at David Yurman Nordstrom Bellevue leads store operations to ensure accurate inventory, efficient processes, and sales profitability. This role may act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities include reconciling inventories, coordinating shipping/receiving, optimizing POS and inventory systems, and ensuring loss prevention compliance.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in an operational role within a customer service environment, prior management, luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on motivating talent to achieve goals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and reconcile inventory counts and communicate discrepancies.
• Control expenses and ensure efficient store operations.
• Perform inventory maintenance including movement, audits, shipping/receiving, RTVs and transfers.
• Utilize POS system and inventory functions for efficiency.
• Communicate and implement new policies and procedures with store management.
• Assist in security/loss prevention policy compliance.
• Manage repairs and ensure timely client follow-up.
• Oversee price changes and opening/closing when acting as manager.
• Train and develop sales support staff; troubleshoot IT issues with corporate partners.
