John Varvatos is seeking a General Manager to lead the newly opened Dallas store, overseeing staff, inventory, and customer experience. You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and build a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires luxury retail leadership with strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in luxury retail store environment.
• 2+ years luxury retail management experience.
• Fluency or conversational level in a foreign language is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs and stand for long periods on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff to ensure peak performance.
• Achieve sales objectives and exceed merchandising goals.
• Build a highly motivated team and develop associates’ skills and clientele base.
• Maintain brand image through store merchandising, windows and displays.
