Job summary

John Varvatos seeks a General Manager for our newly opened Dallas store. You will lead staff, manage merchandise, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales, operations, and visual standards in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You will build a high-energy team, exceed merchandising goals, and develop associates’ skills to grow our client base. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in luxury retail store environment.
• Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail management.
• Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply product knowledge to recommend and obtain merchandise.
• Upsell and enhance customer experience without overwhelming them.
• Establish and meet sales and performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers and expand the client book.
• Motivate staff to exceed sales and productivity goals.
• Identify store trends and communicate to the buyer.
• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising aligned with brand image.
