Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a General Manager to lead the store’s culture, customer experience and business performance. This role balances luxury service, operational excellence and talent development to elevate the total store experience.

You will build a destination experience powered by people, culture and meaningful moments, driving enhanced clienteling, personalized selling and high-performance behaviors across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years with 1+ year of management experience
• Jewelry experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability and execution
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity and confidentiality where required

Responsibilities

• Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations and customer experience
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities and activate strategies to improve performance
• Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance and operational discipline
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches and promotional priorities
• Create a culture centered around luxury service, relationship-building and customer confidence
• Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up and personalized selling experiences
• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing talent and foster a coaching culture
