SMCP is seeking a General Manager for Maje at Woodbury Commons, Central Valley, NY. You will own the boutique's strategies, lead a client-centric team, and drive KPIs while balancing People, Product, and Planet.

This role requires 2-3+ years in luxury retail leadership, a strong coaching style, and a passion for client relationships. A competitive compensation package includes base salary plus monthly and seasonal bonus programs, with a $90k–$100k USD range.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in luxury retail.
• Experience managing in a commission environment is a plus.
• Prior merchandising experience.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people development skills.
• Passion for client relationships and high-touch shopping.

• Lead with vision and foster a high-performing, positive team culture.
• Recruit, mentor, retain, and develop top talent.
• Inspire exceptional customer service and lasting client relationships.
• Drive KPIs: commercial targets, conversion, UPT, basket size, appointments.
• Ensure seamless front/back-of-house operations with precision.
• Leverage corporate resources and align boutique strategies with HQ.
• Implement initiatives and adapt them to store needs to boost performance.
• Own talent acquisition targets, hiring speed, and turnover goals.
