Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Floor Lead to guide our luxury store's frontline teamwork, uphold exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations on the sales floor.

As a pivotal member of the store leadership, you will coach staff, drive KPIs, manage in-store services, and collaborate with teams to maintain visual standards and inventory accuracy. This role requires adaptability, strong organization, and the stamina to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Drive KPI performance and team engagement.
• Oversee inventory, back-of-house flow, and order fulfillment.
• Coach onboarding and staff development.
• Ensure merchandising and visual standards meet brand guidelines.
• Mitigate shrink and escalate gaps with cross-functional teams.
