Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior Project Manager for Luxury Retail Construction to lead on-site execution of multi-site programs for high-end client brands. You will manage construction activities, coordinate contractors and vendors, monitor budgets and schedules, and travel up to 50% regionally in the U.S.

Northeast. A track record of 15+ years in multi-site retail projects and relevant certifications is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years of related experience; or equivalent.
• Experience in multi-site project management within retail or high-end retail.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction and facility projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders for successful project execution.
• Monitor progress, schedules, costs, quality and safety; manage changes and RFIs.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and due diligence reviews; maintain project documentation and reporting.
