Long's Jewelers on Newbury Street in Boston seeks a customer-focused associate to support our Rolex Boutique sales team. You will handle service take-ins, repair consultations, and POS operations while ensuring accurate product, pricing, and client data.

The role emphasizes inventory control, precise coding in the ASC system, and proactive communication with customers. Prior jewelry or luxury timepiece experience is a plus, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with fine jewelry or luxury timepieces is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service from service take-ins and repair consultations to POS operations and inquiries.
• Assist Sales team to complete customer transactions in the POS system and keep product/pricing/client data accurate.
• Manage customer communications via email, phone, and texts and follow up on inquiries.
• Focus on inventory control and ensure accurate coding in the ASC system; work with Inventory Control to reconcile discrepancies.
• Balance daily paperwork, deposits, and POS information and address discrepancies proactively.
• Coordinate with Sales on appointments, sizing, and other customer interactions.
• Support store housekeeping and adhere to Long's policies and procedures.
• Collaborate across store areas to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
