Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house delivering exceptional customer experiences at checkout. The Cashier role ensures efficient, friendly service at the cashwrap, with accuracy and brand standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting the Insider Program, handling returns and repairs, and training junior cashiers. A flexible schedule includes nights, weekends and peak seasons in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
