Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the brand on the floor and deliver a personalized shopping experience. You will meet individual and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and maintaining a high-energy selling environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and clienteling skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
