Job summary

Coach is seeking a contingent sales associate to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will welcome clients, assist with product selections, and maintain a pristine sales floor while processing transactions at the POS.

This role emphasizes brand advocacy, stockroom organization, and collaboration with team members to ensure smooth store flow. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales) in luxury environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards when appropriate.
• Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers and report discrepancies.
