Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager I for the Hanover, MD location (Arundel Mills). You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and develop the team in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You'll lead by example on the sales floor, supervise store operations, and support omni-channel initiatives, clientelling, and visual standards while ensuring policy compliance and a positive customer experience.

Formación

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Sales & Strategy: support the Store Manager in forecasting, planning, and category initiatives; monitor KPIs.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: create an inclusive, high-energy environment and act as brand ambassador.
• Lead & Develop Talent: recruit, onboard, and coach team members; build a strong talent pipeline.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: support virtual shopping, clienteling, and data capture; leverage trends.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, loss prevention, merchandising, safety.
• Collaborate & Communicate: share insights with district and corporate teams for cross-functional projects.
