Coach, a global luxury fashion house, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ocean City, MD. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold Coach’s standards on the sales floor and in the community.

You will lead and develop a team, support omni-channel initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across payroll, scheduling, and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by supporting the Store Manager with forecasting, planning, and category initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold Coach’s service standards on the sales floor and in the community.
• Lead and develop talent through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and talent pipelines.
• Execute omni-channel and digital engagement through clienteling and social media trends.
• Ensure operational excellence including scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to interpret market trends and share insights with district and corporate teams.
