Job summary

Diptyque Distribution LLC. is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) who will support the Store Manager and lead the store team. This role aims to prepare future Store Managers through hands-on leadership and strategic partnership in all store operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience in luxury or beauty, strong client service skills, and a passion for fragrance and luxury retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or beauty.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and business acumen.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional client service.
• Motivate and coach the team in the Store Manager's absence.
• Oversee daily operations including cash handling and opening/closing.
