You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach staff, ensure operational excellence, and uphold Cozy Earth's high standards in every customer interaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, clienteling, brand presentation, and community engagement, with a base salary plus commission and weekend availability required.

• Maintain elevated visual merchandising and store standards.
• Support daily store operations, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and shrink control.
