Job summary

CH Carolina Herrera seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and running an efficient store. The role involves training staff, maintaining customer engagement, and ensuring adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations in the manager's absence, maintaining the client book, and delivering outstanding service while motivating the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2- years retail management experience, preferably in fashion luxury brands
• Strong experience in creating and maintaining clientele relations
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus

• Keeping high standards of housekeeping in store
• Dealing with customer complains in an effective manner
• Ensuring that the teams understand and are growing their client book data base

General Description:
