Job summary

Robert Graham is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas to drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver world class service. You will lead by example, analyze reports, and collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize performance and local market opportunities.

You will maintain brand standards, manage operations including cash controls and inventory, and mentor staff to deliver consistent customer experiences in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years luxury retail management experience leading a sales team.
• Superb communication skills – verbal and written.
• PC literate – Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• SALES GENERATION: Lead by example to achieve sales goals and KPIs; use reports to identify opportunities; set performance standards and goals.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ensure頂 level service; maintain client communications; resolve problems quickly and effectively; empower staff.
• OPERATIONS: Manage maintenance, cash controls, budgets, receiving/shipping, inventory accuracy and shrink; train staff on registers.
• MERCHANDISING/VISUAL: Implement merchandising directives; ensure neat selling floor and visual displays; communicate inventory needs.
• HUMAN RESOURCES: Escalate HR issues to Store Manager; assist payroll; uphold brand image and dress code.
