Saint Laurent is seeking an Assistant Store Director in Troy, MI to lead the Department Manager and store sales team, driving sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and operations. You will promote brand engagement to achieve top-line goals and KPI targets while coaching staff and shaping the customer experience.

The role requires 2–4 years of managerial retail experience, time management excellence, and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Oversee floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service and operations in the store.
• Act as training ambassador for all training needs.
• Build a network for local/international luxury business to promote customer loyalty.
