Job summary

Wolford is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its New York boutique to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales and leading a passionate team while upholding the Wolford standard of luxury and excellence on the sales floor.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to local marketing initiatives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment in New York.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations including inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support the boutique in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Lead clienteling, CRM initiatives, and client engagement programs.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, and attendance.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
• Coordinate inventory counts and replenishment.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards.
