Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, invites an Assistant Manager to join our luxury retail team in the United States. You will coach a frontline team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, meet sales goals, and maintain premium store presentation.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance feedback, and operational excellence across merchandising, events, and asset protection. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Direct store sales and operations to meet income and sales goals.
• Recruit and hire strong talent for luxury service environment.
• Maintain bench strength with succession planning.
• Provide clear, motivating performance feedback to staff.
• Staff the store to consistently deliver gracious customer service and hit targets.
• Foster an environment for management development and challenging assignments.
• Recognize associates for performance and service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service.
• Communicate trends and competition to leadership; drive business through data analysis.
