Responsibilities

• Lead store to achieve sales and profit goals while delivering the Luxury Retail Signature Experience.
• Direct store operations and talent management to maintain KPI targets.
• Recruit, develop and coach team; build bench strength and succession planning.
• Ensure consistent oversite of presentation, customer service and asset protection.
• Monitor trends and competition; drive action plans to grow the business.
