Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM, driving sales, operations, and talent development. You will coach staff, manage SOP training, monitor stock levels and losses, and help shape merchandising strategies in a fashion or luxury retail setting.

Qualified candidates have 1–3 years of store leadership, a BA/BS degree, and strong communication, analytics, and Excel skills to optimize performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of store management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury brands.
• BA or BS degree required.
• Experience with payroll, shrink, inventory, and store operations.
• Proven leadership in recruiting, developing, and mentoring talent.
