Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive luxury service, and coach a high-performing team to deliver memorable client experiences.

You will partner with the General Manager to maintain brand standards, manage inventory and security, and develop talent while shaping a culture that rewards performance and customer care. Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive Daily Performance & Execution: Support store performance through daily business rhythms, coaching, and operational consistency.
