Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will be a culture carrier, floor leader, and coach. Lead performance, develop talent, and maintain luxury standards while delivering consistent selling, service, and operation excellence.

You’ll partner with the General Manager to shape customer experiences, coach on-the-floor, and drive engagement. The role targets flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with base pay plus incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail leadership.
• Ability to drive sales through coaching and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
