Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of Red 8, a high-volume, luxury dining venue within the resort. You will drive service excellence, oversee staff performance, and collaborate with culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, a track record in F&B management, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced, upscale environment within a renowned resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience in a food and beverage setting.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu items.
• Resolve guest issues and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform team members of pertinent information.
• Supervise and support a team of food and beverage personnel including hiring, scheduling, reviewing performance, and engagement.
• Train and monitor employees to Wynn service standards for all staff.
• Manage employee relations and HR agendas within the context of the CBA.
