Responsibilities

• Promote restaurant excellence by building a professional team and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
• Manage catering and special events and oversee restaurant initiatives.
• Monitor daily food inventories and control costs to meet targets.
• Ensure health/sanitation standards and kitchen readiness across stations.
• Train kitchen staff and partner with HR on coaching and development.
• Communicate with management and front-of-house to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and paperwork from POS reports.
• Plan and execute daily specials and menu items.
